Personalised Items

Due to the customised nature of personalised items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a personalised item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@dezigner.ltd with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will promptly address the situation and offer a replacement or refund as necessary.

Non-Personalised Items

For all non-personalised items, we offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
